To “suck the joy out of life” is to intentionally seek out joyful, fun experiences, even in the midst of unbelievable hardship (the “suck”).
No matter what struggles you may be facing, you don’t need to wait for that hardship to resolve or for joy to fall into your lap — you can go out and make joy happen now.

We hit our first fundraising goal of $500, which we donated to the Sibling Studio at Cincinnati Children's!
The Sibling Studio provides a safe, supervised environment for siblings of Cincinnati Children's patients to engage in fun and therapeutic activities to relieve stress. The space features play areas for all ages, activities like art and music therapy and pet therapy visits from the Cincy Canine Comfort Facility Dog Program, and a quiet area for kids to study or decompress.
